Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 or peanut butter
Do you want a little extra protein in your smoothie? Try adding one or all of these items.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed
  • 1 handful of spinach
  1. Place everything in the blender. Blend.
